Grace Fa’avesi is a leader, mentor, and woman of faith who serves as Co-Founder and Executive Director of Epic Bloom. Rooted in her faith in Jesus Christ, she is committed to uplifting young people and helping them discover their voice, purpose, and identity. Her work focuses on building confidence, cultivating leadership, and creating meaningful change in the lives of students, families, and communities.

Co-founded Epic Bloom in response to a community need - creating a space where young people feel seen, heard, and valued. That foundation continues to guide the work and those entrusted to carry it forward.

Her approach is disciplined and steady, developing leaders who think clearly, act with intention, and lift others. 

Guided by a commitment to steward leadership with conviction and excellence, she holds a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Law (Business Law) from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Her leadership has also been recognized by the California State Senate.

She continues to build trust and steady leadership in high-stakes rooms, guided by her faith. 

Lead Facilitator & Site Leader

Leading with heart, consistency, and deep connection 

Bernee Latu has been a cornerstone of Epic Bloom since its founding, serving as a trusted leader and right hand in bringing the vision to life. As a Lead Facilitator and Site Leader, she works closely with students across all levels—especially supporting and nurturing middle school youth as they begin their leadership journey.

Known for her caring spirit, strong presence, and ability to build meaningful relationships, Bernee creates safe and empowering spaces where students feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow. Her commitment extends beyond the classroom, as she actively connects with families and the community to strengthen the impact of Epic Bloom’s mission.

Site Lead & Leadership Mentor

Leading by example with strength, faith, and purpose

John Fa’avesi is a dedicated leader and Site Lead within Epic Bloom, working closely with students across multiple high school campuses. As a mentor and role model, he is committed to guiding young people as they grow into confident, purpose-driven leaders.

Guided by his faith in Jesus Christ, John is passionate about serving others, building strong community connections, and helping students recognize their potential. His presence as a positive male role model is especially impactful, inspiring young men and women alike to lead with integrity, strength, and character.
